Composition:
The load is a 2.2 kW brushless motor.
A control panel connectable to a PC generates the load profiles chosen on the brushless motor and ensures the acquisitions, electrical or mechanical (speed, torque, current, voltage, power …).
The machine or machines to be tested are mounted at the end of the sharft.
Its control and acquisition system is easy to use, the sensors are integrated into the system.
Load profiles:
This package makes it possible to create a load profile on the tested motor from 300 W to 1.5 kW:
• Braking torque depending on speed,
• Braking torque depending on the square of the speed,
• Constant torque,
• Torque creating inertia.
