Spectrogoniometer with autocollimating telescope : POD068070
The spectrogoniometer is an apparatus dedicated to the very accurate study of the dispersive systems characteristics (prisms & grating). Angles can be measured with the goniometer & the wavelength measurements achieved with the telescope (3rd arm).
Principle :
The spectrogoniometer is an apparatus dedicated to the very accurate study of the dispersive systems characteristics (prisms & grating).
Angles can be measured with the goniometer & the wavelength measurements achieved with the spectroscope.
Characteristics: the spectrogoniometer is fitted out with one autocollimating telescope, one collimator & one micrometric auxiliary colllimator.
It is provided with one high-density Flint prism, one prism-holder plate, one grating stand, 2 gratings (300 and 600 lines/mm) & Power Supply.
Accuracy: 1 minute of Arc.
Collimator : adjustable to infinity, including one achromatic lens, Ø 30 mm & one source slot, adjustable by knurled screw.
Autocollimating auxiliary telescope: including one achromatic& one sliding eyepiece. Also including one reticle & mirror device with 6V ligth, enabling auto-collimating experiments.
Micrometric auxiliary collimator: enabling the projection of one divided & numbered micrometer used for the wavelength.
Main Experiments:
• Goniometer adjustment
• Prism angle measurement
• Prism index measurement
• Dispersion curve
• Wavelegths measurement
