In-depth study of speed/position servo-systems – Training module (ref: ERD100000)
Study of DC motor speed & position servo-control by analog & digital correctors, carrying out of new correctors with tacho-generator feeedback.



Details of practical works:
▪ Selection of the structure: speed & position open & closed loops. ▪ Selection of the excitation mode: constant step, ramp, trapezoid, sine, internal or external setpoint monitoring (potentiometer). ▪ Selection of the power interface for the motor supply: voltage or current control. ▪ Selection of the corrector: P/PD/PI/PID ; ON/OFF; Digital ; cascade ; state feedback.Optional: Writing of new correctors by the use of D_Scil in linear and non linear systems.

Compact et modular , this cube allows to implement a complete chain of automatic control. The cube consists of an HMI and a Programmable Logic Controller. There are also a side for the power supply and a free side allowing to add a new module (a drive for the control of motor for example (cf Cube-Elec 300 in our Power electronics chapter).
