Compatible with any Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) having inputs/outputs from 5 to 24 Vdc, common point to + or -.
Manageable by PC (Grafcet).
Inputs (PLC or PC outputs) display of calls, up & down car control, details:
▪ 13 Outputs (PLC or PC inputs): car presence sensors on level, floor & car calls, emergency stop.
▪ 8 Inputs (PLC or PC outputs): calls display, up & down car control.
Provided with the Grafcet editor & interpreter “Mentorgraf”:
▪ Grafcet graphic edition, steps, transitions, AND/OR divergence, macro steps, front conditional actions, internal variables, time delays, master Grafcets, slave Grafcets.
▪ Syntax errors processing & used variables coherence.
▪ Operation in simulation mode.
▪ Operation in run mode with variable display.

Grafcet editor, provided in basic version, characteristics:
► Editor: enables to draw the Grafcet with the basic tools: step, transition, AND/OR divergence/convergence, macro steps…
► Generator: converts the Grafcet into executable code, checking the syntax & coherence between target & used variables…
► Simulator: executes the Grafcet in simulation, one “click” on the input variable enables the activation of the corresponding transition, the whole graph can be tested before controlling the operating part.
► Interpreter: enables the execution & control following the step-by-step, path or quick mode.
Some characteristics: 256 steps, 256 transitions, 256 * 8-bit memories, macro steps, possibility of several independent Grafcets operating simultaneously.
